Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding our suspension systems for caravans and trailers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer enquiries.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
  • Serve as the face of TEKO to customers visiting our premises, ensuring a positive company image.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and own transport.
